Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is well-located with the option of valet parking, but check-in took longer than expected, possibly due to limited staff. The room was cozy for our family of three but lacked a mini-bar and the pool area was small. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service was friendly overall.
The hotel is conveniently located close to CBD and Northbridge, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were spacious, warm, and well-equipped, although there were some issues with the bed arrangement and room service requests were not fully met. The service was outstandingly friendly and accommodating, although some preferential treatment was noted. Overall, a good value for the price with positive and negative aspects to consider.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was a good size with a great shower, and the pool area was nice. The cleanliness was impressive, and the bathroom was immaculate. However, it was a disabled room, which wasn't necessary for us.
The hotel is located in a vibrant area with many nightclubs nearby, offering fantastic convenience and a chance to enjoy a quiet drink when ready. The rooms are lacking in luxury touches considering the price, situated at the opposite end of the hotel. The service, albeit due to low occupancy, was attentive to special requests and provided essential amenities over a 3-night stay. The dining experience, although a bit expensive for breakfast, offered fresh products with some hit and miss items. The facilities are in priority guests and need better organization. Apart from some disturbances with drunk people and the police, the location is still close to everything in the city.
The hotel offers a very basic room without amenities like slippers, bathrobes, or an ironing board. The rooms were small, not ready upon arrival, and there was a lack of communication regarding requests. Despite the price, the rooms felt quite small with no microwave available.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Perth CBD, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms, while comfortable with a king size bed and modern bathroom, lacked luxury touches and needed better cleanliness. The service was subpar due to a lack of staff, which made check-in processes inconvenient. The location, however, was vibrant and convenient, with easy access to cafes and key attractions. The dining experience was hit and miss, with slow service for Mexican dishes. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
Even though the disability room had facilities for wheelchair users, such as the big shower with just curtains making the floor wet, and the beds often separated during the night, the views over Perth were still nice. The lack of timely check-in might be due to short-staffing, but the staff went above and beyond with accommodating special diet requests. The central location was convenient for exploring Perth, but the pool bar being closed was a missed opportunity.
